Article & Goods is an independent, San Francisco-based brand offering premium leather goods without retail markup.
They work with a small group of leather craftsmen in Guangzhou, China. These craftsmen have been in the trade for ten plus years in experience. All the products are handmade and crafted in small batches, paying close attention to the details.
Their design philosophy: Quality, Craftsmanship, Modern and Minimal.

How did collaboration come about?
“I first became a customer of Article Goods when I discovered their leather bags in a local store in San Francisco where Minori is also sold. I picked up a purse expecting it to be hundreds of dollars - it turned out to be a fraction of that! It's been my go-to going-out bag since.
I eventually met their founder Sam Chen, at a Renegade Craft fair in Seattle, where both our brands were exhibiting. After running into each other at local Californian events over the last two years, we got to know each other and discovered how much our two brands have in common. We both value quality, minimalist design, and creating products that are functional, beautiful, and timeless.
We decided to create such a piece together - a makeup bag that is as elegant, easy to travel with and made of a high-quality leather that will stand the test of time." - Anastasia, founder of Minori.
Ethically Made
Although Minori's makeup is vegan, we chose to make this makeup bag with genuine, ethically sourced leather, which we believe to be more sustainable and durable than a synthetic leather alternative.
