All Minori products are vegan, cruelty-free, and meet or exceed the ingredient safety standards put forth by Clean at Sephora, Credo Beauty, and The Detox Market. Click here to learn more about our ingredient standards.
Yes! All of our products are vegan, cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified.
Yes, all Minori products are gluten-free.
Our first three product formulas are made in Houston, Texas. Our primary packaging (the glass jars and lip gloss tubes) are made in China and Taiwan, and our secondary packaging (our cute Minori cartons) and our shipping boxes are made in New Jersey.
Our products have a 12 months shelf life after they are opened, and 24 months before they are opened.
Thank you for asking! While all of our paper packaging and glass jars are recyclable, our jar caps and lip gloss tubes need to be disposed of through our Terracycle program. Find out more about the program here.
We formulated all our products to look beautiful on all skin tones, but we’d love to help you pick a shade! Email a selfie of you in natural light to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping and Returns
Minori ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii from our New Jersey based warehouse, and to Canada from our Montreal based warehouse. No customs duties will apply to any US or Canadian orders. We can not accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
All orders over $50 CAD (excluding taxes) qualify for free shipping. For orders under $40 USD in the US, the flat rate is $8 USD. For orders under $50 CAD in Canada, the flat rate is $15 CAD.
Please email us at email@example.com. If your order has not been processed, we are happy to change your address. If your order has been shipped, please contact USPS or Canada Post to reroute your package.
Email us to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request. If the shipment has not been processed, we will do our best to cancel or modify your order. Please put “Cancel My Order” or “Modify My Order” in the subject line.
In your order confirmation email, click on “View your order” to track your shipment.
You can track your shipment by clicking on the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.You can also find your shipment tracking number on the My Account > Orders page of our website if you are both logged in and had an active Minori account at the time of purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest. Please tell us the reason for your return so we can work on improving our products and service. Please note that once a refund is initiated it can take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
